About this deal

Micheal For Men opens with a vintage, old-school-like scent of several spices, herbal notes, and aromatic notes. The opening appears fresh and aromatic, but there’s a ton of depth to it, creating an overall warm and heavy-feeling scent. Alongside all the herbal and aromatic notes are a few fruity notes that actually play a large role in this scent. Aromatic, green, and clean with subtle depth, not only is this one of the best tobacco colognes for summer, but also one of my favorite musk scents. Creed is a house known for creating amazing fresh fragrances. With Tabarome Millesime, they took the note of tobacco and went in a more fresh and aromatic direction, making for a very unique tobacco-based cologne. Made by Olivier Creed, this fragrance was released in 2000.

try instead to categorize the smell by describing it with simple adjectives as woody, earthy, floral, etc. With such a scent, it comes as no surprise that this is the perfect cold-weather cologne. Great for both the fall and winter, Herod can also be worn to pretty much every setting or occasion. It’s great for nights out or dates, but will also be great in the office or any other formal setting Even casually throughout the day will it do an amazing job!

1. Parfums De Marly Herod

Micheal For Men is quite strong and is focused on sweet notes, so it’s best worn during the colder months. Here, it’s perfect for the mature man to wear either casually or formally. When worn with confidence and paired with a stunning outfit, this cologne will fit in anywhere, no matter the location or occasion. In our previous article, we provided a few specific pairing examples, for starters in this unusual pairing world. In line with our overall philosophy about personalization, in this article we will not provide pairings with branded products. Roberto will teach us how to categorize the perfumes. Categorizing is not to be seen as a limitation in this case, but rather as a help in understanding how to further pair cigars and perfumes. Roberto will also share what type of perfumes he thinks cigar lovers will appreciate. The rest is on us to individually test and identify our best pairings. The basic, evergreen question Notes: The top notes of Tom Ford Tobacco Vanille are tobacco leaves and spicy notes. The middle notes are cacao, vanilla, tobacco blossom, and tonka bean. The base notes are dried fruits and woody notes. An overall amazing cologne with a sweet and youthful scent. This would be an amazing signature scent for a younger guy, as you can wear this fragrance pretty much all the time. It’s great for school or work, but it’s also great for nights out, dates, or casual days at home. There’s just no going wrong with this one; provided you apply an appropriate number of sprays according to where you’re going.

People often mention Caron's Tabac Blondas one of the most famous tobacco fragrances, but it is rather more leather Isobutyl Quinoline, i.e. leather in vanilla sauce with hints of cloves and iris. The astonishing composition, embodying excitement of infinity, dazzles with its rich, sensuous scent. A spicy bed of cardamom, vanilla and gingerbread entwined with the sweet aromas of tobacco leaves, iris and honey create a seductive aroma. Woody notes of oak add a bit of dryness to the blend, and galbanum boosts it with a dose of freshness. Balsamic notes of benzoin combined with musky patchouli give the fragrance a desired richness, deepening its unique pallet. Full-bodied, intriguing and absolutely incredible Chergui Eau de Parfum can be worn day or night and is suitable for any season. The iconic scent, launched in 2005 (and still going strong!), was inspired by the hot winds of dry Sahara desert, swirling around the dusty trails of nature. Underpinned by the headiness of French beeswax, Jasmin au Soleil opens with irresistibly fresh notes of lemon and Indian jasmine flower. The indulgent heart of tobacco and hay compliment the sweet honey potion, cheering up the pallet and creating light, silky aroma. Powdery notes of cedarwood highlight this fragrant bouquet, give it a sensation of luxury.Mancera’s Red Tobacco is a rather strong cologne with incredible staying power. This makes it perfect for the colder fall and winter days, where you can wear it either casually throughout the day or formally. However, this cologne also has a sense of seductiveness to it that makes it great for nights out, dates, or any other romantic/intimate occasion! In the dry down, the cologne turns a little sweeter and creamier. There are several woody notes present, as well as the note of tonka bean, which is sweet and creamy. And in combination with the fresh and sweet tobacco, you get a truly wonderful dry down to an already amazing fragrance. As the fragrance starts to dry down, we make our way into the sweeter part of this cologne. The tobacco becomes intensely sweet and is accompanied by the likes of vanilla, amber, and several woody notes. All of these notes ensure a gorgeous finish to an already stunning fragrance, leading us from a warm and spicy opening into a smooth and sweet dry down.

Tobacco Oud by Tom Ford is one of the most masculine and unapologetic tobacco-based fragrances. It’s bold, powerful, extremely masculine, and rugged, but that makes it all the better. Made by Olivier Gillotin, this fragrance was released in 2013 as part of the Tom Ford Private Blend Collection. Tobacco absolute is used not only in the tobacco-themed fragrances, for in small quantities it adds depth and character to aldehydic frgrances and imparts some typical dryness to fougeres and oriental compositions. Tobacco notes combine well with sandalwood, castoreum, labdanum, sage, vetiver, cedar and violet-iris. This vanilla and tobacco entwined, woody and fruity based perfume is incredibly comforting during cold autumn and winter months. More suited for the evening, the fragrance has exceptional silage and longevity. There is also a great number of fantasy fragrances where the tobacco note is sometimes used in a rather unusual context: e.g. Parfum d'Empire Tabac Tabouwith its daffodil-honey accord, plus a tart and burnt note of immortelle; the aniseed-aquatic Tabac Licorii by Maison Incens. Composed by perfumer Matilde Bijaoui, this delightful, Moroccan themed fragrance portrays exciting scents of the Orient. It is a reinvention of the evoking softness of the finest suede, infused by a robust leathery odour. Tabaxol , for instance, is an extremely intense smelling compound, but when heavily diluted it achieves a roasted, nutty, slightly meaty scent with phenolic and metallic undertones, whereas its 'big brother' mossenate is less aggressive and possesses some interesting orris and ylang-ylang notes. As any natural material, tobacco absolute contains many terpenoids: linalool, linalool oxide, limonene, geranyl acetone, farnesyl acetone and many others The rosey note of damascenone is built up by phenilacetic acid and its esters. Generally speaking, esters are present in all their diversity in the tobacco scent. And beside them smelling great, you’re also sure to smell unique. Not many women actually wear tobacco fragrances, which is a shame, as they truly smell fantastic. This does, however, make you stand out from the crowd, and not in a bad way.

Dried fruits is another odor that seems to turn out usually linked to the smell of sweet almond and hazelnut notes; The spiced honey opening is sweetened with bursts of ripe cherry, counter-balanced with smoky incense and tobacco. Sensual and addictive, this is a scent for special occasions and dangerous liaisons.Top Notes: Cinnamon, oud, saffron, incense, nutmeg, apple, pear | Middle Notes: Patchouli, jasmine | Base notes: Tobacco, vanilla, amber, sandalwood, musk, vetiver | Size: 4oz | Type: Eau de Parfum | Season: Fall, winter Tobacco Vanille opens with an incredible scent of tobacco, paired with some spices and a touch of vanilla. The tobacco is rich, dry, and sweet, and when you pair that with a creamier sweetness of vanilla and a warm spicy undertone, you get something truly magical. The opening immediately shows why this is such a popular cologne. Volutes opens with a blast of dense and powdery iris, immediately introducing that powdery feeling. Along wtih the iris is a sweet scent of honey, once again adding a denseness, but also a beautiful and rich sweetness. The honey and iris will continue on for a while before the tobacco starts to show itself. Intricately graceful, deep dark colour bottle, decorated in a golden label is stored inside this beautifully crafted Saffriano leather-trimmed box. Jean Nicot, a French diplomat who had been the Embassador of France in Portugal at the time, gave tobacco to Catherine Medici, the Queen of France, as a remedy against migraine. In honor of Nicot, tobacco received the name herbe nicotiniane, and later, the alkaloid, derived from the plant, was named nicotine. Dry tobacco leaves contain about 1–5% nicotine.
